Just thought I’d send out a BIG “Happy Halloween” from our neck of the woods to yours Don’t eat too much candy like we did!!!

This weekend we headed over to Eustis, Florida to pick up the newest addition to our family! This is Hook…he is a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy At 8 weeks old, his favorite things to do typically involve gnawing on ANYTHING he can find, relieving his pea-sized bladder WHEREVER he pleases and of course, snuggling.  He is so stinkin’ cute that I can’t stand it His giant paws lead the way wherever he goes and it’s just so funny to see how clumsy he is. We have tile floors, so he slips and slides his way around the house. His appetite is ridiculous. He eats his dinner in about 5 seconds flat…it’s the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. Our other boy, Ripley, is adjusting…he’s been the only dog in our family for 3 years and this seems to be a bit of a culture shock for him, but he’s adjusting…slowly but surely :) We are all very happy to have him here with us. Piper gets a real kick out of him, until Hook latches onto the back of her pants and tries to pull them down. Then she screams “leave me alone, Hookie…please leave me alone”. hahaha…pleading with him. It’s definitely something to witness. I wanted to share a few pics of the little terror! He has made life more than interesting around the Fries house…interesting and crazy and filled to the brim with puppy love!

I have been straight out busy. There is SO much going on right now and so I thought I’d post a quick picture of the Piper since so many folks have been asking for her. I can’t believe how much she is growing. Somedays I look at her and am just lost in amazement. Her health has been such a blessing this summer…I can’t thank the Lord enough for his graciousness. We are headed into flu season, so I’m sure things will shift…but for now I’m enjoying the peaceful healthiness God bless you all! Have a FANTASTIC fall weekend!!

Tonight I drove to meet Jacqueline and Tommy for their totally fun engagement session. This couple is A-dorable! I can’t explain how cute they are together. The way Tommy makes Jacqueline laugh is truly something to behold. She has the most contagious laugh…I couldn’t stop taking pictures of her everytime Tommy said something silly. Hi everyone! Tonight I had the best time photographing Heather and Joey’s engagement session. We had absolutely gorgeous weather…beautiful light…we were so lucky to have everything truly come together for some great images. These two are a riot! I felt right at home with them…so relaxed, happy…and I think it just shines right through in their images. Their relationship is so incredibly sweet! I am so honored to be a witness to your love for one another. You are an amazing couple with a connection that is unmistakable. I can’t wait to shoot your wedding in April! Today I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing little Miss V. What a DOLL!!!! Her mommy and daddy are the funniest and sweetest people and we had such a good time. I was in heaven, because Miss V. was such a little smiler. I love it when my babies come to me with such a happy attitude! It makes for some really great pictures. This little girl has the sweetest disposition! I can’t wait to watch her grow up! Thank you SO much guys for this morning…it was a fantastic time and I had such a blast with you!
