Here are some images from my shoot with the fabulous, Annelis and Anthony. Annelis is a sorority sister and dear friend of mine and I was so excited to be able to meet up with her while I was in Florida. I contacted Annelis a few months back and asked if she’d be interested in providing hair and make-up for the bridal models at my workshop and THANKFULLY she was available. I can’t even begin to express the amazing job that she did. I am truly blessed to have such talented friends!

I also took some pictures of another sorority sister and dear friend, Dana and her husband Paul. Dana and Paul are the proud owners of the VW bus used in the shoot. Thank you SO much to you both for allowing us to borrow your sweet ride for the shoot. It was WONDERFUL seeing you!

I am SO blessed to have hosted my very first workshop with an incredible group of talented photographer’s this past Saturday at Fantasy of Flight in Polk City, FL. It was such a valuable experience for me…something that I will hold close to my heart forever. The attendee’s were an amazing blend of talent, personality and knowledge and we spent the day shooting, learning, laughing and making new friendships and lasting connections. I am especially grateful to the talented Annelis for her gorgeous work on hair and make-up for the evening bridal session. A giant THANK YOU to Christine at Fantasy of Flight for helping me to organize the entire event and for the countless phone calls spent making every last detail perfect. A massive thank you to my husband for being so supportive through all of this. For encouraging me to move forward with the workshop…for spending hours listening to me prattle on about ideas and random thoughts and for pushing me to be better. Thank you so, so, so, sooooo much to Erin and Jane over at Peppermint Pretty Designs for allowing me to photograph their gorgeous vintage inspired dresses! They were so amazing! You are so talented! Lastly and most certainly not least, an immense thank you to Philip at Music Ranch for allowing us to photograph the children’s session on his awesome property. Philip just might be the nicest guy on the face of the earth!

It was a labor of love that finally came to fruition on Saturday and I truly enjoyed every minute!

Tonight I had the UH-MAZING opportunity to photograph the fall/winter line for Marili Jean accessories! If you haven’t seen Laurie’s hats (plus more!), you must MUST run over to her site and check all of it…everything…out! On top of being ridiculously talented, she is just the sweetest person in the world. I am so blessed to have crossed path’s with Laurie. When she asked if I would photograph her hats, I absolutely had to agree. This photo shoot tops my list as one of my favorite’s, for sure. The children were angels. REALLY! I was so impressed with how attentive and how incredibly well-behaved they were. Bravo to ALL of the mom’s and dad’s that came out and made this possible. Your children are just darling. DARLING! I loved each and every one of them Thank you for sharing them with me! I wanted to post a sneak peek just for starters. I absolutely ADORE this session. Please expect more. and more. and even more. I can’t decide which one’s I love most. So this could make for alot of photo’s! Stay tuned and much love!!!!

Last night, I had the pleasure of photographing Bret and Faith. These two are absolutely hysterical. They remind me so much of my husband and I. Just flat out fun…lots of laughing, craziness and absolute shenanigans. I loved every second and their images really reflect who they are as a couple. Thank you so much guys for asking me to document the love you share. It was such a great experience!! I hope you had a safe trip back to Denver!!

Hello everyone! I wanted to post the session I had with ADORABLE little Mr. V He was just too cute to not get on the blog. You might remember his sister, Violet She was the cutie pie in the pink car that I shot a while back…I continue to get rave’s about how precious she is and I’m always sure to relay that to her mommy. Now Miss Violet has a little brother He is one of the most active newborn’s I’ve ever met…such a squirmer and refused to sleep for us…but we were patient and loved seeing his bright eyes He has the sweetest face!! So, I’ll stop talking and let the pictures reflect the cuteness!

I am officially on vacation!! All emails and phone calls will be returned on Monday, December 29th! Merry Christmas!

As promised, I am blogging last night’s session to let you in on the cool lady posted below I had the awesome opportunity last night to meet up with Mrs. Felicia Finley, an incredibly talented broadway actress with an immense amount of talent and personality!! Immediately, I felt the warmth of her bright smile and happy demeanor and we just fell into comfort with one another. She has the greatest laugh…I couldn’t hold my camera straight at times, because she was just so adorable and had me cracking up. Felicia asked if I would capture an image for the cover of her new CD she has coming out and I was so excited to be a part of something that is so close to her heart! She has a killer voice and is a hottie tottie to boot!! I am so excited to hear her CD when it comes out She snuck away from the studio to spend a few hours with me in Ybor City and we had just a great, relaxed and fun time! She is a New Yorker, through and through…but she has the sweetest disposition and you can see her southern roots shining through with her warm hospitality! I wanted to post some images from our session together, so you can see how special this lady is and so you ALL can be driven to go out and purchase her CD when it debuts. Also, she is currently playing the part of Pinky Tuscadero in the Broadway hit “Happy Days” check out her profile here.  She is going to be coming back to the Tampa area to perform in Happy Days in 2009, so you should definitely get out and see her!
