Hello everyone! Well, it’s that time of year again! The aisles of your local stores are spilling over with Valentine’s Day candies, paper mache hearts, Valentine’s cards and inflatable cupids. Love is definitely in the air! I snuck the little one out yesterday to get some images for her Valentine’s Day card for her classmates. I am posting a few, but I will wait to post the chosen images for the card until it’s actually February 14th. These are just a few of the others that I fell in love with. I am overflowing with gratitude that she is now VOLUNTEERING (did you hear that right?) yes, volunteering to have her picture taken. I never thought I’d see the day! I used to have to wrestle her to the ground and plead with chocolate for a tiny smile or glance at the camera, but now she’s all “vogue. vogue. vogue. vogue.” for me. Sign me up for that! Poor Finley can’t crawl yet, so she’s stuck with my camera in her face on a daily basis and has no choice but to look at me. haha Livin’ it up now while I still can! Enjoy!!!

I promised I would post the rest of Susan’s bridal pictures and I am doing JUST that Isn’t she gorgeous??? Oh me oh my!

So, here we are at our new home in Colorado. We are so excited to be here, to be a part of the Children’s Hospital in Denver and to know that our children will be receiving the best care that they can possibly get. I sleep a little better at night having this knowledge at my finger tips. We have put an abundance of faith in God and moved across the country in an attempt to give them both what they deserve so much. Having been here since December 1, we have quickly fallen in love with what we have seen so far in Colorado. We can’t wait for it to get a bit warmer so that we can venture out and experience all that the state has to offer. We are still trying to get used to seeing mountains as a backdrop after having lived in a place as flat as Florida all of our lives. Piper loves it here. She loves the snow, as do we, and none of us are sick of the weather yet…believe it or not. It’s so magical for all of us to watch the snow fall, but I guess that comes with living in a hot, humid climate for as long as we have. We are making new friends, which is such a blessing and it is a joy getting to become a part of such a friendly community of people. From what we have experienced so far, the hospitality here in Colorado is so warm and welcoming. We weren’t sure what to expect of the residents here, but we are incredibly happy to be a part of it all. After 2009 with its many, many roadblocks and uphill battles, we can already feel the Lord blessing us abundantly in 2010. We sure do miss everyone back home bunches! We will be making a trip back home this summer to visit and we hope as many people as possible will come visit us out here in the Rockies!

All of that being said, I am super excited about meeting new clients here in Colorado. I have been marketing like a mad-woman and have been meeting face-to-face with many business owners in the community. I do have some exciting opportunities coming up in a few local businesses and I feel so humbled because of it.

Just wanted to post a quick teaser for this super-fun couple I had the opportunity to photograph down in Miami last week! Maria is the sweetest girl in the universe. Seriously! I love watching Raphael and her laugh together. You guys are too, too cute for words! Thank you for an amazing time in an even more amazing location. I am looking forward to your wedding in April!!

I had the awesome chance to photograph Miss A and her gorgeous family last night in Dunedin. It was such a pleasure to meet this little sweetie. She is so full of life and energy and her family just loves her so much! There is going to be even MORE love to go around soon, as Miss A is going to be a big sister!!
